EASY MAINTENANCE AND APPLICATION
First of all, felt is spread on the field surface according to the customer's preference. Congrass rolls prepared according to the field dimensions are unrolled and laid on the felt. The edges are cut smoothly. It is glued so that there is no gap between the two rolls. Additional grass is placed on the gaps. Sandblasting and SBR filling is completed according to the technical structure of the grass. Synthetic grass carpets, which are easily applied to smooth grounds with a solid infrastructure, are suitable for long-term use.
SPORT - CORRECT PRACTICE
LONG TERM USE
On the compacted soil, 15 cm high gravel number 4 is laid. The ground is filled by laying 10 cm high crushed stone number 1 on the laid crushed stone and compacted by screed. Synthetic felt is laid on the ground. Carpet is laid on the felt and glued. Sbr granules and sand are distributed on the carpet in equal amounts per m² and the installation is completed.
A thin layer of sand should be applied on the existing grass with a sandblasting machine. The sand to be used must be sieved and free of salts. Coarse sand can cause players to slip and get injured on the fields.
